Jackie Chan Won Oscar after over 200 Films


The Academy of Hollywood came true today “dream” of Hong Kong actor Jackie Chan to give an honorary Oscar during a full evening of stars, many of which fight soon by one of those statuettes at the 89th edition of the big prizes of cinema. “I do not think so, really this is a dream,” he managed to say Chan to collect his Oscar hands comedian Chris Tucker (his partner in the “Rush Hour” series) on stage at the Ray Dolby Ballroom, an adjacent room to Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles, before more than 1,000 spectators.

Honorees were Jackie Chan, editor Anne V. Coates, casting director Lynn Stalmaster and documentarian Frederick Wiseman at Hollywood & Highland.
